Following the enactment of China’s Network Security Law (NSL) on June 1, 2017, China’s cybersecurity regulatory framework is undergoing unprecedented change in the areas of data sovereignty, privacy protection, and cybersecurity.  The NSL will have significant impact on any company utilizing the Internet in China as well as beyond Chinese borders.
