We will highlight the most significant differences between GDPR and the BDSG and any additional compliance requirements which must be performed or documented. We shall identify when a US company should hire an EU representative and/or a DPO and what you can expect the EU representative or DPO to do for your company. We will also discuss what US companies should be prepared to do to have a successful relationship with their EU representative and/or DPO and with Germany’s data protection authority.
