Individual rights management is a requirement under many privacy laws around the globe, although perhaps none as extensive as the GDPR. Before May 25th, no one knew if this was going to be business as usual or an onslaught of requests they would have to respond to. The reality is consumer-facing companies are now having to build new processes and resource this as a new ongoing work stream. In this session we’ll review some examples of the volume requests seen since the GDPR came into effect and review strategies to manage these effectively.
